Our commitment We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If something isn't right, we're here to help.
Change of mind returns If you change your mind, you may return your item within 30 days of delivery, provided:
- The item is unused and in its original condition
- All original packaging, accessories, and documentation are included
- You contact us before returning to obtain a return authorisation
For change of mind returns, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process a refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Faulty or defective items All appliances are covered by our 6-year warranty. If your item develops a fault, please contact us and we will arrange repair, replacement, or refund in line with your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
Australian Consumer Law Our policies operate in addition to, and do not limit, your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and to compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
