Delivery timeframe We aim to deliver all orders within 3–7 business days of purchase. Delivery times may vary depending on your location, particularly for remote or regional areas of Australia.

Shipping coverage We ship Australia-wide, including to all states and territories.

Carriers We work with reputable Australian freight carriers to ensure your appliances arrive safely. You will receive tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

Shipping costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and the size of your order.

Large item deliveries Some of our appliances are large and heavy. Deliveries for these items are made to your front door or ground-floor access point. Please ensure someone is available to receive the delivery, as a signature may be required.

Damaged items on arrival If your item arrives visibly damaged, please note this with the delivery driver and contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or resolution in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.
